Why do you run?

"Running Fuels My Body, Mind, and Soul"

Beyond the financial aspect, Francis explains that he runs to keep physically fit and mentally strong. Training provides him with a sense of comfort, relieves stress, and boosts his energy levels.

"OVER TIME, RUNNING BECAME MORE THAN JUST A SPORT"

Recognizing his potential, Francis joined the Machakos Athletics Club under the guidance of Coach Paul Mutwii, the Vice Chairman of Athletics Kenya. Training alongside experienced athletes who excelled in international competitions and earned a living through running further motivated him. Over time, running became more than just a sport—it became his livelihood, enabling him to pay his bills and support himself.
