WHY DO YOU RUN?

"Daily training keeps my body flexible and my mind stress-free"

By maintaining a consistent training routine, Boniface explains that he keeps his body in peak condition, allowing for better movement and recovery. Beyond the physical benefits, running also helps him clear his mind, making daily life more balanced and stress-free.

"Running well isn't just about winning—it’s about working hard, improving, and being able to support the people who matter most"

When I return to Kenya, I want to train even harder to achieve my goal of running a full marathon in 2:09 this year. My focus is to improve, run well, and set a new personal best. If I continue training at my best, maybe one day I can even make it to the Olympics.

Training hard is important. After a race, I go home to my family, and that’s what motivates me. When I put in the effort and run well, it gives me the ability to support and be there for my loved ones.
