Refund policy


We offer a 30-day return window.

If you'd like to initiate a return, please email our support team at hello@nordictigon.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any transport fees and applicable customs duties.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed once the returned package has been received at our warehouse and has passed inspection. Items must be in their original condition - unused, with all tags and labels attached, free from damage, stains or odors, and in the original packaging.

Refunds typically take 10-15 business days to be inspected, processed, and reflected in your account. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund.
