Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Sweden, Portugal, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak periods (launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above $100USD.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking number first.
If there is no update or the parcel appears lost, contact us at hello@nordictigon.com with your order number and we’ll investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
